Stock up!

We have lots of great heritage breed chickens available right now! The meat is great, super tender. These birds are still around 4-5lbs. They have the most beautiful coloring! Definitely a talking point for a meal! But what I absolutely love about this breed of chicken is the most beautiful chicken stock it makes! This is super clean, super healthy food that has an array of health benefits! Also, we do not like anything going to waste so this is a great way to get everything we can out of our food!
